Purpose of this unique tool is questionable. This is the only example we have seen like it. The wide, rounded end is not sharpened like other hoes so it is likely that this massive tool was used to dig with the pointed end. The pointed end is ground and shaped as is the entire circumference of the piece which shows signs of hammering and shaping. Extreme wind erosion and variable green hues with a yellow underside.
